We are a small company subject to the tax exemption scheme. VAT not applicable. 1. Applicability
These conditions apply to all purchases via examenroute.be.
By placing an order, you agree to these conditions. 2. Products and delivery

• We exclusively sell digital routes for driving exam preparation.
• After payment, you will receive access to the files via the following link:
  http://examenroute.be/temp-routes/centrum/deurne
• Delivery is exclusively digital; there is no physical shipment.
• Delivery usually takes place directly after payment. In case of technical problems, you can contact us via contact@examenroute.be.

3. Payment

• Payments are processed via Bancontact and handled by Mollie.
• The order is only delivered after successful payment.

4. Right of withdrawal
Since these are digital products that are immediately available after purchase, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download or access is provided.
By placing an order, you agree to this exception to the right of withdrawal. 5. Warranty
We guarantee that the digital files function correctly as described.
If there is a technical problem with the file or delivery, we will repair or redeliver it free of charge. 6. Intellectual property
All routes, files and content offered on examenroute.be remain the property of Eukario.
It is not permitted to copy, distribute or resell them without our written permission. 7. Liability
We are not liable for:

• incorrect use of our routes
• changes in the traffic situation making a route partially outdated
• indirect damage such as lost profit or exam costs

When placing an order, we may collect the following data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Payment data (via our payment provider Mollie)
• Technical data such as IP address (for security and fraud control)

• Processing and delivering your order

• With our payment provider (Mollie) for processing payments
